Typically, there is one-time set-up fee to work with InsightEXIT consultants to create a survey for use in your exit system and to program your Management Console, which are then both submitted for your approval. Once this system is operational, you pay a low hosting fee for unlimited 24/7 access and are charged on a quarterly basis for the cost of each online exit survey that is taken or telephone interview or paper survey that is completed. Clients always have access their own data, without any limits or constraints on reporting usage.
